Anyone ever try a Dyson? I hear they rock.

Someone has got to have tried one of these. I just about beat up our Eureka bagless upright yesterday after the damn thing wouldn't pickup anything. So I told the wife I'd go looking for a replacement. I noticed the these dyson's have gotten great reviews but they are priced at $400 dollars at sears. Is a vacuum really gotta cost that amount? Is there anything out there that doesn't require going over the damn spots 20 times only to bend down and pick the debris yourself that costs less?

D I R T D E V I L S U C K S !!!

Please don't buy their crap. We used to have a $200 upright Dirt Devil, wow, what a useless pile of crap! It would not pick up ANYTHING. I mean that, nothing. It would be faster to go through your carpet and pick up all the dirt by hand.

I was looking at vacuum reviews not so long ago out of boredom...and I didn't see a single Dirt Devil with a good review.
