I swear to God, I was trying to select "No" but my mouse slipped and hit "Vote" a few pixels away with the default selection ("Yes"). Stupid Fusetalk shouldn't have either selected by default. Of course I forget the actual numbers and whether or not it included 2nd cousins, but 1st cousins is definitely out.

I'm more curious as to a legitimate answer to more distant cousins. Of course ATOT is no good for legitimate polls so this thread actually works out Another good question for ATOT would be sisters and half-sisters.

It has to do with recessive traits. Many are things you just don't want to have. A few are pretty good advantages.

With a 1st cousin the chances of you both having the bad recessives is high. This is what really led to the stigma and in the past idiots thinking it's was teh debil/punishment for sin.
