Not to mention illegal. I suggest we forward this information to code enforcement so they may rectify this matter. We are all entitled to traverse any thoroughfare without being molested by such an inconvenience.

my town is 95% white, and you definitely don't want to walk thru some neighborhoods at night, even if there's 0% chance you'll see a black person

You could be shot by a black person, or get between a white or american indian person shooting at black people.

We don't have any "black" neighborhoods but 50 - 90% (depending on the particular street) of the people in my neighborhood are arabs. Apart from the occasional car set on fire, knife fight, and robbery, it's perfectly safe Great kebab, too.
