You're right. I don't typically use hot sauce on eggs, but if I make a breakfast burrito, I always use it there. I usually eat my breakfast eggs a little bland. I prefer grease, with spicy sausage. Cheesy eggs and hot sauce sounds damned good though. I'll have to try that next time :^)

one of these days, make spaghetti noodles, grilled chicken, and sauteed red onions. then, mix them all together and use bbq sauce mixed with the pasta sauce. mix in some mozzarella cheese while it's hot. frigging delicious.
