Try as I might, i couldn't get into Bioshock 2. It wasn't any particular failing, it just didn't grab me.

From what I can see, Bioshock 2 and Bioshock: Infinite are two vastly different games. You shouldn't let Bioshock 2's mediocrity stop you from playing Infinite.

Heart of the swarm, world of tanks, and (here's hoping) doom 4!

That's a lot of hoping, seeing as 2012 is basically here now, and we've barely heard jack shit from Id about their next Doom title.

Me either and i believe its because it was developed by a team other than the original. Infinite is the better team, and more importantly is a brand new location.

I couldn't even finish the first Bioshock. :\

as for me, other than Guild Wars 2, as mentioned, it will be Borderlands 2. I know of no other games that really interest me.

I want to play ToR, but I'm waiting for a better price. GW2 and Borderlands 2 might be the first games in ~5 years that I'll buy on release and at full price.

I might even get collectors for GW2...which is generally a disgusting proposition in my mind.

Yeah, I could not get into part 2 either and I was massive fan of the original game. I'll have to take a wait and see on Infinite.

I don't think Guild Wars even looked that graphically impressive. SWTOR is more cartoony like WoW which I enjoy and makes it better for those with lower end hardware.

Anyways, my top 3 are easy:

1. SWTOR
2. Diablo 3
3. Guild Wars 2

Are there any MMOs that do look graphically impressive? :p

Memories....

AC2 did look pretty impressive for it's time. I tried so hard to get into that game, but there was never going to be a replacement for Asheron's Call.

Guild wars looked pretty fine back in 2005 :p

I remember hating my 7800GT for having such crap texture filtering compared to my then GF/now wife's x800 xt pe because Guild Wars made it so damn obvious.

Man, that makes me feel old - that's when I had a S754 rig too. And 1GB of ram was enough. Jeeze.

Supposedly Doom 4 was parallel with Rage and the Rage guys have basically been moved over to accelerate Doom 4 - at least from what I gathered from reading Gamasutra, etc. when Rage launched.
