Personally, I'll stick with the Good. Well, I don't know how I would manage this but:
Steal a recent jet and fly it through city areas low to the ground causing shockwaves and weaving between buildings . No doubt that would be friggen amazing. Since there isn't any consequences, I'm assuming my actions wouldn't hurt anyone in these city areas.

I also think there is a lot of information that is hidden from everyone, experiments that go on/coverups/etc. If I could perform an action that would allow me to get my hands on all this information then that would be my top pick. Unfortunatly I can't think of a single way of getting all this info...

I also thought of the free fall from a building, but I think that can be simulated by sky diving (which I've never done). So I would hate to waste my immortality on that .
