I would want to be the apostle Paul. Why? Because he was a well educated man passionate about killing the Christian movement. Then he had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ on the road to Damascus. The rest is history. The miracles he encountered were amazing.

I think it would be neat to be him.

Or how about James the Just? Probably the saddes person in the history of humankind, just based on his birth (brother of Jesus). Can't really live up can ya?

Thanks 🙂 I've never heard of him, but I'm researching his work right now and it's seems interesting.

It's an interesting theory, but it has its flaws. It's really quite an odd theory, but I like it and I would love to hear it from him in person.

Wow... that guy must have had a sh!tty life...

Left to themselves, he thought, people would act on their evil impulses.

But there is a hint of truth... I wonder if he was religious at all...

Can anyone help me remember the name of a very famous person, who has many publishings about countries, politics and *perhaps* economics. He is alive, old and white. That's about as much as I remember of him.

I cant seem to track him down.

He was widely accused of being an atheist due to the tone of many of his ideas, but he spends half of Leviathan tallking about religion and orthdoxy.

I know that's what makes it hard, but this guy is really famous has many books and is "revered" by many who follow his ideas and beliefs.

damnit.. I'm so ticked that I cant seem to track this person down, coz I feel I could write about him for my essay.

Lord knows who you're talking about, but if you need old and white, have Norman Mailer teach about politics and culture in the U.S. from about 1960 to now. I believe he's still alive.
