I am eating microwave popcorn for lunch. (yuck...ran errands on lunch hour...no time for food
) and I got to wondering about something.
We take corn and when we heat it, the water inside boils and gets released as steam, causing the kernel to "pop." Can you take other grains like wheat, barley, rye etc and pop them too?
I'd try it but *snaps fingers* I'm fresh out of whole-earth-grains.
