I say 150 for someone who is skinny, no ribs showing. Probably upwards from that depending on fat or muscle additions.
 
It depends. Muscle mass plays a big factor. If your 200 lean muscle, then your no where near obese. Your doctor needs to do more testing 🙂
 
150-160 for low body fat, cut

I'm 5' 9" 140 and I'm doing weight training now. Plan on getting to 145-150.

I reduced my body fat to lik 5% not long ago. Got to 135 lbs. .



depends... american standards, or the rest of the world?

So true. When I visit my parents, they act like I'm starving or something. They're like 180-200 lbs and they stuff themselves with brownies and ice cream every night. My mom says she's tried everything, but each time she stuffs herself, I quickly point it out. Ugh...
