i'm 160...i'm not really fat, but i do have fat that i can pinch...hmph.
crunches + running/cycling?
 
I would think for a gal 140-160 would be perfect. I'm a mid 40's guy at 5'10-1/2 and weight 190 which I think is about 10-20lbs overweight but OK for me
 
male: 150-180, depending on build

female, 120-150, depending on build

<-- male 5'10", 165, and i could use some more muscle, and only have a little bit of fat to lose.
