How does a guy "accidently" get a girl pregnant? Did he trip and fall on her with his dork sticking out? Really, if you don't want the consequences, don't do the deed....

So, yeah. Man has sex with woman. Woman gets pregnant (e.g. condom breaks, lies about birth control, pull out too late, etc.).
Baby undeniably belongs to man (e.g. man doesn't deny it, DNA shows it, etc.)
Man decides he wants nothing to do with woman and never speaks to her again.
Is woman now entitled to sue man/ask for child support/etc.? If so, what can the man do in response?
Please don't turn this into a thread about MORALS. It's obvious that guys who do this are pretty scummy. I'm just curious about how the law handles it.

Welcome to a world really run by women. When it comes to children, as a man you have no say in anything. If she gets pregnant you have no rights about the child. I find it funny that women want equality and what not, but if they have a kid, screw equality, they will do whatever they can to get $$$ from the man.
It's pretty sad. All the people saying do have sex if you're not prepared to have a kid, look at it from a rational point of view. The woman knows she can get pregnant and thus should not have sex unless she is prepared to have the kid and pay for it her own damn self.

Bend over and take it in the ass financially for the next 18 years.

You have the right to pay her, that's about it. No input on whether she keeps the child or not

What happens when the mother refueses to work things out with the father and refuses to share custody of the child but still wants to the father to pay child support, what happens then?

Basically. The woman can get a court to decide on the amount of child support a man has to pay out AND get the money to come directly from the man's paycheck...shows up on your paystub as CHSUP along with everything else that is automatically taken out.

What happens if you don't have a job?

Buddy of mine dated this real b!tch a couple of years ago. She was like 15 and he was 17, she was basically a complete fvckup (I guess he is too though) and the kind of girl you'd see on one of those Maury shows with uncontrollable teens.
Anyway he finally got rid of her. My other friends and I had stopped talking to him for a few months when we saw she was smoking pot while pregnant at his house. Apparently they decided to be just friends and had broken up by the time this had happened, him telling us the baby isn't his. Fast forward to a couple months ago and my friend gets the surprise of his life, he is the father of a 2 year old kid. He has no job and still lives in his dad's basement.
I feel bad for the guy because he is screwed.. he had a chance at moving out on his own with his current g/f of 3 years who works for minimum wage at a grocery store. I mean they would've been poor but they would've been making it alright if he found a job. Now he is basically stuck for the next 16 years.

So how will he get charged for child support?
If you don't have a job and are (whether purposely or otherwise) living in a friend's basement or your parent's basement getting free housing/food, what will happen?
What is the next step the courts can take to get child support?

My main issue with these are...
If a billionaire man and woman tango, and she becomes pregnant and they start raising the child together.
Three years later, they go on the "Maury show" and the man gets the suprise "You are not the father" statement, why is that guy still obligated to keep paying child support even though it's not from his sperm and he's not the biological father?
Child support? Who determines the amount and how exactly is it determined?
Why should a billionaire have to be paying thousands/month to support a single child?
It does not take $5,000/month to support a single child...VS...someone else who's in the same situation with a lower salary and only pays $300/month.
And yes, remember to wash your underwears with bleach...Don't let anyone do laundry for you because it's quite possible for a woman to get impregnated from days old masturbated sperm.

Who that?
Just the craziness of some of these things disturbs me...
I have no problem with a male who knowingly engages himself in sex and has to pay child support, but what if he didn't and the woman gets impregnated from a bath towel or something?
Would be pretty hard for the guy to disprove he didn't "do it" with her in court...
