I'll just text message and so will everyone else. That way we won't get caught. Of course, the roads will be less safe since you have to look down to see what you are writing...but the law makers don't seem to care about that. They're only interested in finding new ways to write tickets.

Looks like Washington State is expected to pass a law against talking on cell phones while driving unless you can do it without using up your hands.
Looks like I'll just resort to getting a lot of text messages in my plan and texting while driving. Whether it's illegal or not, cops can't tell if you're text messaging while driving...unless you're swerving...in which case a person needs to be pulled over anyway (thus making the law retarded).
