Found my place actually... Madison, AL (right outside Huntsville). Not a big city, but not small either. Location is great, weather is warm but still mostly have seasons. Winters are usually mild. Mountains/hills on three sides. Tennessee River nearby. The view from my bedroom window at dawn is breathtaking on most days. Good jobs nearby, schools are decent. Good shopping, a not terribly far from major cities if needed/desired. I'm happy. No need to go overboard.

I really like where I'm at now.

Maybe if I had a large property on the lake it'd be ideal, but I'm pretty damn happy now.

I'm pretty happy where I am now, Santa Barbara CA. It's super expensive to buy a house here for a reason.

How is the hot girls to fat guy ratio? That's a big factor for me to move. I like being able to look out my cubicle window and see 5 hot girls and then on fat guy.

Optimal ratio would be 1:0 (Hot:Fat) but I can settle with 5:1

Your avatar says your location is Numenor.

I hear they're a center for hot Dwarf on Hobbit pron... ;)

That the "Leg" in "Legolas" is not a reference to the appendage one walks on...

And that the One Ring actually goes around your c*ck. D:

Central coast of California or perhaps Italy.
lol I don't know about USA but I'd not live there unless you have lots of money. Normal people have it better in switzerland.

Zürich would be not sunny enough for me.
During the winter north of the alps the sky is always grey, the whole winter. Also fog and snow.

For me the ideal place would be anywhere with lots of sunlight hours (no fog), warm climate (best would be a non-existant 10°-30°C, but there's no climate with this seasonal variation AFAIK), and a water surface in view (lake or sea) and mountains around (I live in switzerland so I'm not used to flatness, I find it depressing). Absolutely no snow in the plains.

Where I live is fine but I'd like to avoid the cold and grey january-february period, the occasional snow, and if the city was bigger it'd be better, there's not enough stuff to do and it dies in the winter when there are no tourists.
