That's not racist. Nor is it racist to speak about the overwhelming statistics of blacks in prison and to DEFEND THEM and suggest that the system is broken in that it targets blacks unjustly.

Actually, to say all black people run fast is racist, whereas racism has the definition: "The belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, esp. so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races." That you are stereotyping the race with a positive trait and not a negative one is immaterial. You also happen be to leaving out the context of that statement as Ron Paul made it, which was, "If you have ever been robbed by a black teen-aged male, you know how unbelievably fleet-footed they can be."

Look, the newsletter contains quotes like "opinion polls consistently show only about 5% of blacks have sensible political opinions" and "for the animals are coming." They are racist statements.

You may have a strong affinity for this political candidate, but do not lower your own goddamn moral standards just because it's hard to admit that he's made mistakes in the past. If you continue to deny the truth of these statements and their intent, you are no better than any other person who blindly supports a political party or figure. Frankly, you're probably worse.

They dont care about causing a great depression through years of fiscal mismanagement and malinvestment. They dont care about bankster scams. They dont care about how many young people die in mid east wars. They dont care how much food and fuel costs (they go nowhere and they eat cat food). They dont care how many gulf war vets die of depleted uranium related illness. They dont care about girls found dead in senator's offices. They dont care that cotton farming consumes half the world's pesticides. They dont care that hemp cannot get you high, and people actually do not smoke hemp. They dont care about anything. Unless FOX/CNN tells them they should care. And Fox/CNN conditions them to vote for the status quo, which of course further enriches those who own Fox/CNN.

Plus, another reason why Ron Paul is not electable is that people aren't going to want to surrender their civil rights and liberties. Ron Paul wants to subjugate people to the states, make them supreme over individuals in almost all aspects. Obviously most people aren't going to want to vote for someone who says that they don't really have any 1st Amendment rights or any other right that they currently enjoy from the Bill of Rights. Thus, people aren't going to vote for Ron Paul because he thinks that people are basically animals that state governments can do whatever they want with them

That's not racist at all. It's well known that black people in alot of cases possess greater athleticism than other races. It's not racist to point out how most of the NBA is black, or the NFL.

This is absolutely not racist. I'd even say that it's probably even more of a correct statement today than when he made it. Ride public transit into downtown dallas and you'll likely see plenty of people reinforcing racial stereotypes.

The trick to not being racist is knowing that there are other people of the same race that don't exhibit those characteristics. I have this. Ron paul has this. Alot of right wingers simply don't have. I see alot of right wingers who prefer to assert that entire groups of people share the qualities of small samples of the group.

You see this with the "liberals" statements. The "paulbots" statements. The anti "occupy" statements.

It's called genetics. Go look at the NBA or NFL and tell me white people are better genetically suited for athletics than black people. Pointing out obvious racial attributes is probably as far from racist as you can get.

I'm sure black people were already really athletically built before they were brought to the states to be slaves. Then they were bred like horses to attempt to produce the most efficient and strong slaves.
