Then you need to reorganize the country. In that "realistic" plan of yours you will have to get rid of a lot of laws that favor the wealthy. In fact, you'll have to get rid of class status all together. The country will have to be designed that everyone has the same opportunities. Discrimination will have to be completely obliterated. Poor areas will have to be built up. The education will have to provide the same superior education the wealthiest of Americans can buy. Healthcare must cost the same for all, that means of an illness in today's economy could break someone that it would also break a wealthy person OR (and I prefer this) make healthcare free. ... Well, I'll leave the rest up to you. When you create a balanced society then there won't be anyone to help because all people will be like you with no need for assistance. Hint: Utopian societies don't exist because there will always be people looking to take advantage and to have more than anyone else and unfortunately there will always be people (and this is in no way representative of all people utilizing assistance programs) who want something for nothing.
Look at Trump, he wants to be a fat fast food eating, tv watching, predator, corrupt, traitorous, wealthy (ALWAYS because of someone else and NEVER because of his own efforts), slovenly, treasonous, slimey dirty slut, conman, pig of a "man" for no reason other than being Donald Trump. He deserves NONE of what he has but... society.
He has definitely abused the systems. Bankruptcy (many many times), not paying his fair share of taxes, money laundering, purposefully screwing people out of money. Are you as mad at him (and his kind) at the top of the pyramid as you are at the people at the bottom of that pyramid who have the least wealth, least opportunity, least reason to believe they can even succeed in a system that sure, helps them but also leaves them floundering?
Until then, until you've fixed EVERYTHING, pay your share and consider yourself decent rather than duped.
