If I wanted to dissolve a chunk of cement

Id like to dissolve a chunk of asphalt. What substances can I use to do this with?

Thanks

🙂

asphalt is not cement. Which one?

Amd for cement you would need a very strong acid. Easier to break it and then haul away.

Can't break it, too much noise. This must be done discretely. Honestly I'm not sure if it's cement or asphalt...sooo.

If cement is grey than this is more like darkish, so asphalt speed bump?

I'm not kidding either, this bitch is getting terminated, so either you guys assist me and get rep with a fat man from Canada, or I find other sources, which I'm pretty lazy to do 🙁

Chances are it's asphalt.

Your best bet is to just slow down when going over them rather than commiting an act of vandalism.

Who owns the pavement?

No chemical is easily going to destroy it.

Paving compaines use backhoes or jack hammers to remove such items.

Destroying public propery will generate you a bill for repairs and possibly a visit by PD
This is not something that you can do descretely in a couple of hours of weeks.

If asphalt, one of them there chipper bars (actual name escapes me at the moment) is your best bet. It may not seem like it but asphalt is fairly soft and breakable. Just chip away at it for awhile. If you don't want folks to be suspicious steal a couple traffic cones and buy a cheap hard hat and safety vest and work out in the open like you're supposed to be there. Anyone calls you on, shrug and say "They told me to take out this speed bump, so I'm taking out this speed bump."
