Personally, I wouldn't want to deal with the guy. It sounds like you haven't shipped it yet -- Paypal has a 'refund' option which refunds the entire dollar amount including fees, and nobody is out anything. If it hasn't shipped, and if it hasn't taken much of your time, I would personally just use the refund button and stop the deal immediately.
IMHO, it's not worth the hassle he could bring you later on.
That would have been more than acceptable to me. Once this trade had obviously turned sour, I wanted out. He refuses.

Do NOT ship until the money clears!
Don't let him bully you into caving into his demands.
I never expected him to ship until the money cleared. If he implied that I tried to 'bully' him then he is being manipulative.
I'm also somewhat amused how he never actually answered repeated requests in this very thread to confirm if the item shipped or didn't ship. Let me repeat myself: THE ITEM DID NOT SHIP YET.
Also, he has here and other places tried to make some argument that he really needs the money and he has no other buyers and is in dire need of money, yadda yadda. Yet my original email to him in which I made an offer of $200 was greeted with:
Sry, already received offers with video cards and such, resulting in totals more than 200$. I can do 210, but I keep the headphones. LMK.
I payed for the item on Monday, and since then has continued to bump his For Sale thread an take offers on the item from people. Why is he taking offers on an item that I sent payment on?
Why, if as he says, he is in dire need of the funds to pay off his credit card, is he accepting trades of video cards for the item? I wasn't aware that Visa accepted video cards as a form of payment.
