The solution to a toothache is not aways to remove the tooth. Sure, that can help, but tooth issues aren't the only cause of a "toothache".

My last toothache.. hole in my jawbone, the tooth itself was fine. nuff said.

For those who don't understand, severe tooth pain is a special kind of agony that makes rational thought extremely difficult. You can't think of anything else but the pounding misery in your skull. All you can think about is stopping the pain. Suddenly, ripping your mouth open with pliers sounds like a good idea, as it seems it can't possibly be worse. It doesn't make people stupid, it makes them human.

OP, you might try cleaning your tooth carefully with a dental pick, or swishing furiously with warm salt water, or flossing, or pushing it gently in one direction to see if it stops pressing on a nerve. DO NOT go to the emergency room unless you develop some kind of systemic infection or other life-threatening complication- they will charge you megabucks and almost certainly not pull it. DO NOT wiggle it back and forth. DO NOT pull it yourself. DO NOT put off seeking help from any and all sources you can think of. Call local churches, charities, GPs, TV news channels, The Salvation Army, dentists, rehab clinics, chiropractors- swallow your pride and humbly beg for help, and somebody somewhere will have an idea for you to try. Keep a log of who you've called so you don't ask them twice.

And then, thank whoever helps you profusely and plan for the future so you don't find yourself in this situation again.

My wisdom tooth is flippy floppy everything i close the jaw i crunch it into the gum,
Can i pull out with needle nose. I went to dentist yesterday after paying 50 bucks nothing was done sine my bp is high. Like dah the tooth is infected I haven't eaten in 2 days, and your doing nothing here.....

ATOT hot tip: If you pull out all your teeth with pliers you will never need to go to the dentist again!

Horrible advices. The true solution is to stop the pain signals from reaching the brain. So a sharp blow in the gap between 3rd and 4th vertebrae ought to do it.

Apply for a loan or use a credit card. This is a quality of life issue.
CareCredit is specifically designed for this. They give you 0% interest for extended periods and they're very generous on their credit limits. We use it all the time for medical stuff. We just use our HSA to make payments on the card. Most medical and dental places accept it.

My tooth is killing me, and I have no money for a dentist.
If I rip out my tooth with pliers what will happen? Will I have to cut some nerves or will it just pull out.
I know it might shatter... This might be a risk I have to be willing to take.
Contact the local dental college. They often do free dental work so their advanced students can get field training. Also if you call a dentist and explain your situation they'll often work with you. Dentists tend to be kind to people without means.

Thank you, kind time traveler.

Geez..Youse guys are brutal. The fellow was smart enough to find an off-topic forum in a computer-oriented forum community, join said forum...just to ask a stupid dental question.
Only place on the internet stupid enough to discuss self-dentistry with pliers.
