Damn that lucky SOB. Yea, but if you were planning on spending $150,000 - what's a few more thousand? 😛

I suspect it was quite a bit more than that. I don't really know that those car rags know what anything costs if it doesn't have a window sticker on it. Hell, even if it does that doesn't mean that's what you can actually buy the car for. For the rich it's like a big game of how you can out do one another.

There is a very limited supply of these cars in the US. You do the math.

Edit-Do you really think that $640k would buy you a Ferrari Enzo?

It damn well better!😀

But in all seriousness, if they are advertising the Bentley on billboards, I'm assuming they have a more than "very limited" supply of these vehicles. So, I don't think there is that much of an increase in price unelss all the fleet of coupes have been bought up. There's also quite a few of them on e-Bay

I like how none of the e-bay sellers you listed have more than 20 sales and NONE of the items they've sold have any details to them....Yeah, I'm sure they really have access to this car...

Edit-Okay, 2 of them do but I'm still willing to bet that they don't actually have the car or if they do it is set at a ridiculously high reserve.

One car? Ford GT.

Two Cars? Noble M12 GTO for my track car, and an M3 as a daily driver/weekend car.

Three Cars? Noble M12 GTO as a track car, BMW 330Ci for the ladies, Mazdaspeed Miata for the weekends.

Realistically? Mazdaspeed Miata as an everyday car, put the rest into savings/house.

Let me ask you something, if you had the ability to purchase a Bentley GT, would you be putting buying/selling things on e-Bay? I highly doubt so 🙂 However, if you were selling something like a GT Coupe, it's not a bad idea to put it on a site like that to attract international/out of area buyers.

It is possible that some of those sellers might be trying to scam people into buying a GT Coupe, but if you are making a $150,000+ transaction over e-Bay, you will most likely be flying/driving in to see the product up close. At least I would.

Realistically: Ford GT = $200+k. Extremely difficult prying one away from the dealerships for less.

there's a waiting list for that. It took Paris Hilton a while before she can get it

Yea..but I'm dreaming about riding Par--the Bentley 😀

I'd get a $100,000 Lotus Esprit and put in a $5,000 stereo. The extra 40,000 would go towards a $40K 4WD truck for the winter with a $5K stereo.

Now that's a KILLER COMBO!

True. I was just in Frys the other day testing out some of their subs/amps/speakers...and I was bumpin' the sh!t out of them (they had some CD with ludacris, lil jon and other bass-hittin songs) the employee watching the section was getting annoyed with me but I loved every minute my heart was thumpin 😉

Keep the 97' Grand Caravan that I have now.

Spend 150K on additives 🙂

Make it 4WD (not AWD)
Get a rotory engine with all the engine goodies for power. Rotory because I can't physically fit a V10 in the stock engine compartment.
Interior Decorating and stock outside look.

All set to make riceboys cry to be beaten by a soccermom car!

Seconded:disgust::roll:

The Ford GT is overpriced, sure it is fast but it is ugly. I still think the Ferrari 612 which is cheaper is nicer, and almost as fast as the Ford GT.
