If the box was painted all black with a white skull poison label on it, would you still smoke them?

I don't think anyone has any delusions about the dangers of smoking.

I believe a lot do. I've heard many say it's the luck of someone's DNA.

But can you imagine going into a store and to see some one ask for "one of those poisonous pack'a of black crap please?".

I'd say it would work a lot better than taxing them.

And don't forget to vote for me for president.

If a five gallon jug of water was in a black jug with skull and cross bones, would you drink it?

edit: Hint: there are MANY things are poison in sufficient quantities.

You've obviously never experienced the stress relief that comes from smashing on a "That was easy" button and breaking it.

They would still ask for "cigarettes." I doubt anyone would ever call it what you said....

I've gone in asking for a pack of DuMaurier cancer sticks. It doesn't change anything. ;)

That would only make them look cooler than they already are.

I actually thought about that for a good 10 seconds and I would have to disagree. Especially for high school students (who don't dress up like they're going to a funeral everyday). Know how I know? Look at that crazy gum that they buy. Packaging is everything!

And if it isn't poisonous, it's carcinogenic in some other way.

In a lot of other countries, they have disgusting pictures of cancer and premature babies and other sick stuff on the packs.
