What if you mixed coolwhip with the red jello before it sets? then pour it into the brain mold. You should have a nice congealed pinkish colored brain!

Also, you could make some large "ants" by taking those hostess snowballs and dipping them in a chocolate sauce that will harden in the fridge... put 3 of them together, and use chocolate twizzlers for the antennae and legs.

Take some pics so we can see what you finally decide to do!

Well we just wrapped it up. It all went over pretty well.
Simply due to time constraints and a horribly busy schedule (including the family birthday party yesterday) we weren't able to pull of 100% "great" party for the kids, but because my wife rocks she was able to pull a rabbit out of the hat (and or my checkbook).

We ended up have a "treasure hunt" for the kids with 7 "treasures" or "games" that they had to complete and/or find to continue on the quest for the "Arc" which contained the goodie-bags for the party. We had them search for the "3 Stones" amongst a garden, had them play a Holy Grail challenge game, had them search for hidden gold/silver/necklaces/rings in our yard but they needed a specific combo of each one so it was forcing them to share and work together if 1 person had 3 rings and 2 people had none etc etc.

Everyone got a Indy hat (sort of) a compass and a "Holy grail" to take home too. My kid of course got the Indy outifit including whip and a button down shirt which he insisted in wearing unbuttoned down to his waste.

Long story short, they tore the place up and it was bedlam for 3 hours.
