Ideas for good sandwich spreads....?

I've been making panini's using baguettes, by pressing them on my foreman grill....works pretty darn great actually.....anyway.....

I'm tired of Miricle whip and I've tried several mustards (brown, dijon, Spicy, etc...)

I'm wanting to mix it up a litle bit. Any good spreads that I can make or buy?

I really like Saffola mayonnaise... It's a little "tangier" than regular mayo, but not nearly as much as MW.

Plus, it has no trans fats. 🙂

lemon horseradish. make it spicier, add peppers. soo nummy.

Take a clove of garlic, make a cup out of tin foil and put it in there, throw it in some EVOO, close up the tin foil around it and place it in the oven for an hour (350)... you'll get a nice garlic spread out of it. Garlic is good for you!
