Find-a-Drug seems like a good cause (my family has fought its battles with cancer, too), but I'd personally rather work on an academic project than one run by a private company. I think I'm going to run BOINC/Einstein@Home for now (I'm a physics major myself, so its interesting to me) and possibly switch over to Folding@Home when/if it gets incorporated into BOINC.
