I tried that shit for months. It doesn't work, seriously.

I live a pretty miserable life where there is almost nothing positive. When I was like a month in, I would have to reflect to things that would happen many years ago on just a happenstance occasion that were somewhat positive. I would try to turn things that were dreadfully boring into positives and it didn't work. Nothing like that works for me. I have too honest of a brain.
