As they were on their way, an unmarked vehicle pulled over their car, Bazan recalled during a press conference. When they stopped, officers who were dressed in plainclothes and wore no insignias approached their car, but did not identify themselves as law enforcement.

It's perfectly fine as long as ICE suspected the student was an alien, can't make a pure ethnostate without cracking a few heads you know. This is why it's important for ICE to have the budget of the entire military of other countries. Besides, he probably isn't even a real citizen, just an anchor baby.

But Metropolitan Police Department Officer Jason Sterling, who was working with federal agents on the “Make DC Safe Again” initiative that day, omitted any mention of the shooting in an affidavit filed in court. His partner, Officer Divonnie Powell also omitted it from the public incident report.
