Giving them too much credit, it's not the requirement to learn things keeping them out, it's their inability to learn things, or even look things up in a book. If they knew how to learn things or find information in books, they probably wouldn't be applying for ICE in the first place.

I noticed it on another link posted here yesterday, for some reason some of the slashes were registering as %2F, if you replace them with slashes manually it seems to work.

Half the new recruits can't pass an open book test. I don't think they're doing much thinking.
At this pace, those recruits quality wise would end to be far worse than the meat fodder Russian sends to Ukraine if not already are on that status.
I mean only recruit brutes and gorillas on that group.

This year they gave ICE a larger budget than the Russian military.
Also, unless there is an actual act of insurrection from the State against the Feds, that military will be working for POTUS and with ICE, not against them.
