I think the minimal position that D candidates need to have is that everybody who's participating in this will be fired, prosecuted where applicable, and prevented from ever again working for the government in any capacity.

Of course assuming we ever have another free and fair election my primary vote for 2028 will be solely based on who is most willing to promise aggressive prosecution of the outgoing administration.

As I’ve said before if Trump pardons everyone as he likely will that’s fine - work with states to find applicable state laws for prosecution. Any and all records that can assist with this should be made available.

Unfortunately for that guy, the fact that he laid hands on the officer first means his lawsuit will likely go nowhere. There are a lot of bad laws and systematic bias built into the system against immigrants and protecting law enforcement.

Regardless, this just makes ICE look so weak and pathetic: picking on old people.

Where did he lay hands first? He was steam rolled inside the building and outside it doesn't show who "laid hands" first. If you have more video that says otherwise, please link it.

FBI embarrassing themselves violating 1A. Harassing a citizen over a social media post.
Sir, we're with the FBI, and we're here to speak with you about your wrongthink, and its relation to the thoughtcrime you might be committing.

Just look at the outside footage - he followed them outside and was grappling with the officer. Cops have ridiculous protections when it comes to their shitty behavior. It doesn't make it right.

Yep, he followed them outside after being steam rolled inside, which is not illegal (being shoved to the ground is however).

Outside: It looks to me that he was defending himself as the office charged him with his hands up to push him away, after he tried to get the other officers attention, so he can show him documents, and all he did was put up his hands up in defense, which is where the "grappling" started. So who again laid hands first? Seems to me that the old man was assaulted twice before he was put in the position to fully try and defend himself.

This case isn't getting thrown out.

Fuck Brett Kavanaugh in particular for saying it's ok do racial profiling and simply stop/question/detain every brown person in America for no other reason. I've love to make his sole jurisdiction the Farallon Islands.

Cripes. The Federal Bureau of Intimidation. I'm sure they went to Quantico to tell people what they can post on social media. Assuming they are real FBI agents.

I wonder what he picked up. You can see the biker, picked something up and then they all swarmed for him...

Better resolution on YT version and original soundtrack:

US citizens just being mildly inconvenienced by Kavanaugh Stops. But that's not a big deal, right @Greenman ?

Probably is fine with him, because they are just stopping people that aren't white enough.

He's never heard of such a thing.

Sorry, I forgot curiosity was against the rules.
I've never seen or heard of a government official accosting someone on the street and demanding papers. Though I did have three of them stop by my job site and demand lots of papers. CSLB, Cal OSHA, and the Franchise tax board were all represented. They brought the project to a halt while looking at my paperwork and interviewing my employees. It was all completely legal.

The military occupation of America is still in its early days / years.
Give it some time, and that will become a regular occurrence.

The fascists still need time to finish consuming the last vestiges of human rights and governance.
