For almost our entire lives, this sort of widespread breach of public trust, abuse of power, and gross violation of constitutional rights of so many people would be covered by the news all year. The public and the media would work together to demand accountability and through Congress they would see justice done. Hearings, trials, sentencing, etc.

In Nazi America, it was just Tuesday.

They've been trying but it hasn't worked so far. What they have done is put public opinion into reverse about how they are conducting this whole thing and that's likely to continue as they get increasingly aggressive. People don't really want to see random streets getting tear gassed for no reason or random citizens on public property getting beaten down on video for no reason whatsoever.

I think the best explanation here is that the admin is trying to initiate a reverse George Floyd 2020 situation through sheer will and it's just making everybody hate them and their goons.
 
It sure would be swell if republicans/conservatives understood that there is absolutely nothing preventing what’s currently happening in Chicago from happening to them. Under the Trump admin and Supreme Court’s legal theories ICE could descend on Greenman’s neighborhood, break into his and his neighbors houses with battering rams and flashbangs, ransack the place looking for illegals, detain everyone indefinitely and deport Greenman to Somalia. And there’s precisely nothing anyone could do about it but file lawsuits and FOIA requests.

The Trump admin believes this is entirely legal, and is currently operating this way all around the country. Greenman would wake up in Somalia consoling himself that at least he didn’t attack the Nazis. This is what he voted for.

The political theater on the part of ICE is such a ridiculous waste. If all those guys have nothing better to do than hang out in their driveway waving their dicks at the night, fire their asses.

If we ever have political power again, disband the entire agency. Fire every last person involved. And fire anyone who ever spoke to any one of them. Vengeance be thy name.
