So there was an emergency hearing last night as Oregon asked for a TRO to prevent California NG from being federalized and sent to Oregon against the state's wishes and for no actual reason. At the last minute word came that the admin was going to federalize Texas NG to get around a likely TRO coming out of this. The judge got so pissed off that they issued a TRO preventing any state's NG being federalized and sent to Oregon. The order also was not stayed so took effect immediately.

Trump will goto the corrupt SCOTUS and get a stay put on this order.
