Why are they stopping and detaining people without any probable cause? Being brown is not "reasonable suspicion".
I wish...
You need to keep up.
SCOTUS declared that racial profiling is legal.

In a September 2025 decision, the Supreme Court allowed federal immigration agents to use racial and ethnic profiling as grounds for investigative stops and detentions. The 6-3 ruling stayed a lower court order that had limited these practices, essentially permitting agents to consider factors like race, ethnicity, accent, and language in identifying who to question.

That sh*t is so Russian like... and this is a new low. Those ICE people are willing to erradicate citizens but that thing might bite them back hard sooner or later. Even not them directly but their own families... if they have one.
Their employment record at ICE is never going to go away. They will be doxed. Then the real vengeance will follow.

For those that think immigration is binary or simplistic, and happen to be retired with plenty of time on their hands, I recommend watching this. You might learn something.

ICE has been charged with finding and deporting millions of illegal aliens.

That is a fucking lie

Even the DHS website says only 527,000 has been deported by ICE since 10/27

Also this administration has lied so often I doubt that is even true

How many of that half million were here legally and got deported anyway by the Republicans’ criminal regime?

Oh I know

I wonder if they subtracted people that they had to bring back in because they fucked up so badly

We never had this kind of controversy with other administrations

Obama we very aggressive but I don’t recall them deporting someone who was here legally

That was a nuanced overview that hopefully people of all political stripes/locations could keep an open mind and learn from.

I'm not from the USA and the most interesting part that was new to me was the difference between Obama and Biden. Trump I was more aware of since it's in the news every day. Also I gained a better understanding of Sanctuary Cities.

From my perspective, it really seems like Obama handled immigration enforcement the best of the three. I think if Biden and Trumps terms were switched, then Biden probably could have continued the reasonable job (IMO) that Obama was doing, but since Biden followed Trump, there was more pressure and the pendulum swung to hard back in the other direction.

Also, like many things in public discourse, it becomes a one-way ratchet - only becoming stricter and more byzantine.

How does a (insert specific color) citizen know that the masked, armed, and dangerous people snatching them up is an actual LEO?

They aren’t identifying themselves.
The worst part of all of this is that people like Greenman would be able to recognize the fascism in a split second if the Dems did anything even remotely similar to what ICE is doing.

79-year-old Paul Bojerski was born to Polish parents in a WWII German refugee camp. His family legally emigrated to the U.S. when he was 5.
He’s been taken by ICE in Florida.
The visceral hatred and rage I have for MAGA Nazis knows no bounds.
America was a safe and peaceful nation to live in. By their actions, is no longer.

He would approve because this is what Trump said he would do. He would 2x approve because Trump is arresting people of color in immigration actions. It doesn't matter to him US citizens are being arrested and detained sometimes up to 3 days
