Should be a major list of lawyers who have fully cooperated with all of the unconstitutional authoritarian crap, who need to be disbarred. Todd you are on the top of the list.
Seriously. I will definitely be looking to support any candidates in primaries who run on punishing these traitors in full - none of this post Civil war appeasement that helped get us here.

Ken Jennings tweeted he will be supporting any candidate who promises to prosecute and imprison lots of motherfuckers. I'll take the smartest guy in the room's opinion on this one.

edit: adding his quote for full context

"The ‘prosecute the former regime at every level’ candidate has my vote in 2028,”"

at every level - I mean right down to every fucker in ICE, including the goddamn radio man, all the way to the top TRUMP himself.

POTUS Newsom or POTUS AOC will need full 2 terms to repair damage done this past year. But immigration could be fixed by giving jobs to these asylum seekers after deporting all MAGAtards
While it will take a long time to rebuild institutions they can help fix the rot that caused this fairly quickly.

The problem is executive impunity. The problem though is once in power can we expect them to work to limit it. Kind of a Cincinnatus situation.

Here's a real shocker...

Ice says two officers may have lied under oath about shooting migrant in Minnesota.

They appear to have made "untruthful statements" about shooting a migrant in Minnesota and may face federal charges for their actions.

"Both officers have been immediately placed on administrative leave pending the completion of a thorough internal investigation."

According to DHS, Sosa-Celis struck the officer with "a shovel or broom stick," prompting the officer to fire what the agency described as a defensive shot "to defend his life," striking Sosa-Celis in the leg.

Lawyers said "surveillance videos did not corroborate the FBI's claims that an agent was assaulted and said Sosa-Celis was shot while standing at his doorway some distance away from the officer."

And of course idjit Noem said after it happened ""What we saw last night in Minneapolis was an attempted murder of federal law enforcement."

Wow this is terrifying...

On a subzero Tuesday last month, Daniel Woo, a 29-year-old sound designer incensed by the Trump administration’s immigration surge in Minnesota, drove to a St. Paul supermarket parking lot to monitor federal agents gathered there.

A gray SUV turned out of the lot. Mr. Woo checked in with his fellow monitors, a network of civilians tracking agents’ movements and alerting potential targets. The group confirmed the vehicle had been associated with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

Mr. Woo followed as it traveled through the city. The SUV reached a freeway and headed west, and Mr. Woo became suspicious. He felt he knew where it was going. And sure enough, the SUV soon reached his neighborhood in Plymouth, Minn., about 40 minutes from where it had started, and pulled up in front of his house.

The total inability of the right to comprehend genuine organic opposition because everything they do is astroturf agitprop funded by rich weirdos is truly remarkable.

"All Minnesotans all look alike to me."

As a true born upper-Midwesterner, can confirm that this is 100% accurate. The first time my wife visited my hometown, it creeped her out how everyone looked like they were cousins. :p

This has nothing to do with comprehension.
It is pizza-gate style demonizing the opposition. To create a false narrative that is palatable for the sort of retaliation they intend.
It is standard run of the mill dictatorship / tyrannical oppression of a people. Look to the history books, nothing here will be a new tactic.
