i845D and 1.5gb of DDR ECC dimms?

Im trying to find someone who does single sided 512mb PC2100 ECC dimms so that i can put three on a i845D chipset mobo without exceeding the 4 bank limit.
I could really do with some help on this as im really struggling to find anyone that does these

Be careful, because the board only accepts unbuffered ECC DIMMs. It is not compatible with Registered ECC DIMMs.

yeah i just noticed that in the manual.
it looks like i would need 128Meg x 72 chips on the dimm to allow the dimm to be single sided at 512MB.
All the ones i see with 128Meg x 72 chips are registered so has me now thinking im flogging a dead horse here, yeah?
Maybe now ive got the excuse ive needed to get another SCSI HD and go raid 0 for my apps and swap
At least that would alleviate the slow down i would see if the rig started hitting the swap file big time maybe, yeah?
