No, chances are he doesn't if they haven't shared blood, although it's possible. But I wouldn't risk unprotected sex with a hep c carrier, even if the risk is lower.

I think Rodman has been around the block more than Lee. But like I said Pam claimed Lee gave her hep C, Tommy Lee doesnt have nor has ever had(obviously) hep c.
