I agree with you. If the guy getting kicked in the nuts wants to laugh about it, well that is his right! If his wife wants to laugh about it, not really so good, but if it's OK with him, then who am I to argue? But the mom of the hyperactive judomeister? Heck no, she should have been really mortified (I would have been) that her unsupervised kidlet brough such pain to this man. What kind of jackass would laugh about their kid doing that to anyone?

May have been funny, but the kid's mother deserves everything she's gonna get in the future for not even trying to act concerned.
On second thought, you coulda quietly offered his sister $20 to make him cry -- woulda been worth it.
