In the city I live in the traffic court judge wont even look at you. Just drops the hammer and says guilty. There isn't any point to spend the court cost money to fight it here.
 
Just lock this thread Mods, no need for this sh1t to go on. If he wants to finish, he can make a new thread. We don't need another attention whore here. Oh wait, what am I saying, this is the attention whore forum. 😛
 
He has been online and posted as recently as yesterday from what I have seen so it seems he has no intention of completing the story. He likely got his ass widened and is embarrassed.
