Film looked funny in the trailers, but we all know how reliable a measure that is. I went in with expectations, and left very disappointed.
It was crap with punctuations of funny. Worst of all it showcases perfectly Will Ferrell's extremely limited comedic appeal, which was spread as thin over the 90+ minutes. It came off as a overly long and largely unfunny reacurring SNL skit.
I, too, wanted to leave after about twenty minutes.
The only movie I've ever walked out of was Oliver Stone's "U-Turn."
I've had to turn off: Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, The Imposter, and The Thin Red Line.
