I upgraded my mobo from a POS Dell mobo to an Asus p4pe and I upgraded from 256mb to 512mb RAM. I ran PCMark and compaired my scores from my old setup (the score was taken last week) to my new one (taken 2 mins ago). Now I know its not wise to go by PCMark scores, but I've noticed my computer is a little bit sluggish compaired to what I had before.
Ummm. What the f?
Why the hell is double the RAM and a better mobo making my computer run SLOWER? How can I fix/change this.
Here are the PCMark scores:
Score from 11/11/02: CPU 4420 Mem 4199 HDD 826
Score from 11/28/02: CPU 4555 Mem 3809 HDD 938
