I thought it was cool my professor valued my opinions and thoughts in the conversation. How many times does that happen in class? Rarely, if ever. It's like going to work and having your boss tell you that you did a great job in front of your coworkers. Doesn't happen that often.
In any case, you really need a "real life". Making weak assumptions and reading more into this thread is pathetic.

What exactly in your post did you expect us to interpret as a joke? You look as serious as most of the guys who are posting girl threads.
I think the fact that I said I'm still not sure what to think is a very obvious joke. I look as serious as the guys posting girl threads...haha goes to show what you know. If I was like the guys in the other thread, I would have said something like, "my prof wants to bone me."
Just because you read something you don't understand, doesn't mean you should assume someone is like the other people that hang out here.
Believe me, I think it's hilarious when people respond with "pics" or "she wants you" or something stupid like that. Then you show up trying to be all serious. Just because you've been hurt in the past doesn't mean you need to come in, make false generalizations and crash my party.

Just because you read something you don't understand, doesn't mean you should assume someone is like the other people that hang out here.It's not good to stereotype people.
You were parodying something, and the parody was nearly indistinguishable from the object of the parody. You can accuse me of stereotyping if you want, but it's impossible to approach 100,000 people on an internet forum on a personal basis, and there has to be some grouping. You post a thread that looks like the typical ridiculous girl threads, don't get all put out when people think you're similar to those who write the typical girl threads.
If you'll glance around, I'm not the only one who responded as if it were a serious question (and even if it were, a lot of the people would have responded with the "pics" and "she wants you" answers anyway).
So you had a joke misinterpreted, it's not the end of the world. If that crashes your party, you really have a weak party going. 😛
