If you're losing weight like there's no tomorrow, what are you complaining about?
1) Get real exercise. Just because you pick up boxes and grade shirts (man, shirt-grading is great cardio! :roll
😉 doesn't mean your body is getting a real workout.
2) Eat better. Many foods cause your body to retain fat and water, or slow down your metabolism. Also, if you don't eat ENOUGH then your body will slow its metabolism to deal with it.
3) Lift weights. More lean muscle = more calories burned = higher metabolism.
