now you can claim you never received it and the driver will corroborate your story

UPS always leaves my packages with my neighbor, if he will bother to drive up my 1.3 mile paved driveway at all. There are three houses together where I live, mine is in the back, so he leaves everything at the first house. Sometimes he will just stuff packages in in the mailbox 1.3 miles away, even crushing the box to make it fit. Once he drove up and left two packages at noon (at my neighbors house), then at 5:30 he left a third in my mail box. FedX always drives up to my door.

I had a package say "delivered:front porch"...I checked front porch, back porch, driveway, etc.....called UPS, called Samash (it was a new snare drum), filed a missing package, etc....blah blah

2 hours later, the neighbor two house away from me comes to my door saying they found this on their back steps. I called and let UPS/Samash know....I should have let them send me another drum.

Hey, he said he stole it from his neighbor's front door, so technically it's his neighbor's package. I just made the question more in line with the title. I have no idea what you are talking about...

My last address was on 93rd Place. 90% of my packages ended up at 93rd Street instead.

Queens, NY is notorious for fuct up streets like that... try finding a place in queens without nav or a map... it's unpossible. 43rd road, place, street, all placed randomly in the same vicinity. On my wedding day we had to pick up my videographer before we all met up at the limo at my wife's place... I was almost late because of his neighborhood... random one-way streets too. :fuckyou; queens.

It's dark at 4 pm in New York? Doesn't get dark here until about 5:30 pm.

I've done it once before too. A UPS guy dropped off a hard drive I bought from Newegg at a house six residences up the street from me. I had already filed a complaint with UPS for a lost package and was about to contact Newegg when I thought to check other people's houses. Sure enough, it was there so I grabbed it.

UPS is pretty good to me, although Amazon really needs to step up their packaging. I swear at least 20% of the DVDs/Blu-Rays I get from them come with broken cases. I don't usually complain, but one of the Entourage DVDs I have is rather difficult to get out with the little "push" tab being broken. Also, if the case isn't broken, the DVD is at least floating around inside the case getting scratched. One of my DVDs for How I Met Your Mother season 2 was floating around inside the case and has a scratch on it :(.

I go outside to double-check and sure enough, nothing was there... nothing at the side either. Just before I come back inside to give them a piece of my mind I decide to look at the houses across the street... nothing... I look at my next door neighbors darkened porch... sure enough a box was sitting there. Like a ninja I crept over, checked the name, and swiped it. Win.

WTF are you doing UPS?! The big #7 on my door isn't big enough?

UPDATE 12/4:
OhEmmGee.... WTF they did it again with another package from another sender. This time my neighbor called me to come get it. Her house number is 11 and mine is 7. Double-U Tee Eff.

:camera: of neighbor ?

Tell her you really appreciate her accepting your package. More than once.

One time they delivered my package to a Chinese store 2 streets up from me, I don't know why they would deliver it there since the numbers weren't close. I suppose just because I have a Chinese last name, it should go there...Grr

They had the nerve to ask me to go ask the store for my own package...
