let me try to understand, when in you mind does a baby feel pain? the second the feet leave the woman? its first breath? its first bowel movement? please tell us.

No idea when a fetus feels pain. It wasn't my contention that it is an issue to me.

A Baby exists after Birth.

You would murder an innocent child because his mother was raped? That's horrible.

At what point does she lose the right to murder her child? This is a human child at the moment of conception, no different than you or me right? What if she was raped by her husband and repressed the memory until the child was 2 years old, can she still kill him?

Let's be honest for a moment.

Rape is used by the pro-choice side as an extreme example. And it is extreme. It's rare to conceive from rape. And it's a horrible situation. The mother must decide between bearing a child pf rape, or killing it though it is innocent. We on pro-life side have our corollary: late-term abortion, which is also rare. It forces you guys to either admit that the child is at some point a human being within the womb, or to endorse killing what is plainly a baby.

Nonetheless these challenges are fair because they do happen.

Given the mother's options, I can't bring myself to force her to birth a rapist's child. That should be left to her. But no matter what I position I endorse, it's a terrible option.

What is really different 1 minute before birth vs 1 minute after birth?

Or what about a premature birth, vs one that is on time and not born yet and possibly further along in the pregancy even? Or how about one who is a week late?

Be honest, using birth as a determination as to when it is a baby is pretty dumb.

Abortion is murder, no way around it, no matter how much you try to sugarcoat and play word games. You're killing an unborn human child at some point in the developmental stage. And this whole mess of PP selling dismembered baby body parts on the black market just makes it that much worse.

Continuum fallacy

Any evidence of PP selling "body parts on the black market"?

If they are allowed to do this, with patient consent, and are only recouping their costs in handling transfers, as allowed under the law, that hardly sounds like a black market.

Other than for medical reasons do you know how many women decide to do a late term abortion? I'd imagine it's even rarer than pregnancy from rape. That being said, I highly doubt the pro life position is that abortion is ok as long as it happens early enough. That's probably your position which is fine but that's the whole point of the pro choice side, it's a personal choice. It's a decision that has zero to do with your life just like gay marriage or religious beliefs and quite honestly it is none of your business.

It's a simple concept that seems to be lost on the pro lifers.

The difference is Birth. Before Birth=Not a Baby, after Birth=Baby.

Look at you believing things like that, how adorable.

You need to have that definition as your bedrock in order to justify killing it.

"It's just a clump of cells...It's just a clump of cells...It's just a clump of cells...It's just a clump of cells...It's just a clump of cells...It's just a clump of cells...It's just a clump of cells..." [rocking on haunches]

I didn't call it a "clump of cells". Just pointing out that the use of "Baby" in reference to Pre-Birth is an incorrect usage of the word.

Would you?

Considering that 38 states have Fetal Homicide Laws, it a high probability.
