I can literally feel my ass getting bigger when I eat there but I don't care.

Five Guys is overpriced, overrated and worst of all, overcooked. If a chain refuses to serve meat the way I want it prepared they'll never get my business.
do you want it raw or something?
i like 5 guys more then in N out. their frys are so much better

overpriced? you can get a huge meal for under $10.
I applaud the OP for his creative title and summary. For posterity: Topic Title: I recently discovered Five Guys Topic Summary: omg their meat is amazing. I could swallow it whole.

Is this thread going to turn into a "which burger is better" thread?

maybe it was a different one in England and I'm not remembering right. It was certainly a MOS burger in Japan as I had to listen to how amazing their burgers are from my American friend who was living in Japan.

i say your overhyped uncle guyver. Unless, of course, you have more story time for us.In which case I'll listen.
A Five Guys opened up on campus late last year.
absofuckinglutely delicious. I've never had a burger from a burger joint taste so damn delicious. And you know what, I know my burgers, because I don't dilute the flavor.
I get the cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup, and that's it.
shit, I'm hungry. Not going to five guys, at least not right now. I had McD's for breakfast this morning. Maybe tonight or tomorrow I'll get Five Guys. That's a good protein meal before working out the next morning, yep... that's my lunch or dinner tomorrow.![]()

So you claim to have had one in a location that doesn't serve them, you don't remember what kind you got because it was over a year ago, you think it was only the 'basic one' (they have numerous different kinds) and yet you claim with certainty that MOS Burger is overrated. Gotta love the logic there.

it fell short of the ratings it had. Almost like it under performed or the ratings were a little over of what I got on my plate. Unfortunately, I do not keep a log of my restaurant purchases in foreign countries, especially when the names are in another language.

And this burger that under performed, you remember having it in England right? I'll listen to people's opinions until they claim something like that, or specifically state they "might not be remembering right."

You live dangerously close to Kuma's Corner, thus negating any need for any other burger place ever created.
