...urinates on one of my office chairs.

1st time it's ever happened but I do really hate it. Guy is probably 80 and, judging from the odor D:, dehydrated. Now, more so. I think I'd like to die before I get to the age that I piss myself and don't even realize it.
 
Think about it this way: You can't deny his loan application now. You are too upset to not want to take him for all he's got, regardless of an 80 year history of bad credit! He is the ultimate loan applicant.
 
I moved around a lot at my last job... There were a LOT of fabric chairs with black stains on the seat. I tried to tell myself that people spilled coffee on them. Who was I kidding?
 
Give the guy a break....and relate a bit. Clearly he has a urinary problem, nothing to laugh about......or easy to deal with etc.

I wish I could have done that when I was doing consulting work for a major payday loan company in the US. The entire industry is predatory garbage and the corporate culture is crap. They should have been legislated out of existence long ago.

They are thriving and doing better than ever.....and will continue to do so unfortunately.

I believe the mistake here was on you, for even considering working for payday loan company.

What kind of consulting?

SC has hampered them fairly well. In my experience, a lot of the finance industry's corporate culture sucks. I was fortunate with my last job.

IT strategy. For better or worse I was helping them use analytics to target potential customers more effectively.
