Otherwise, a posted dated check is fine, here, for 10 days. After that...nope.

And if you didn't tell the service person about the post dated check, there might be a problem because you owe now.

i'm going to go out on a limb and guess the customer knew exactly what he did.
And you'd be mostly wrong. Wait til you're one of the "old people."

Easy solution: Put $250 price tags on all chairs and post a sign reading "You urinate on it, you bought it". And I'm really, really glad I'm not in the business of massaging old people.

You guys really make me appreciate architects.
