New realm, no money, don't know anyone...LOVE IT. hahahaha, I do not have to play all of the time. playing at leisure > guild raid schedule.

Im on draka. look me up!

you guys should give FFXI a try. it is quite fun, and there are lots of endgame options. pretty good storyline too (i havent played into much of the story yet). about 18 jobs/classes and you dont have to reroll your character to switch between them. look me up on leviathan server if you interested, and you can get into my friendly and helpful linkshell (aka guild), my character name is Aeneas.

I don't understand the addictiveness of WoW. I played it for a few months, then quit. A year and a half later I picked it up again at the insistance of friends, and now two months later it looks like I may be done with it again.

It seems more like a second job that you don't get paid for than a game. If it weren't for the fact that I was playing it with my friends, I'd never even think about playing it.

The problem was probably because you were playing with your friends. At some point you will begin to feel that your friends have different playing styles. Skills levels might be different or time investment. If you joined a good guild and got into higher end raids, you might enjoy it more. Although that also gets boring quick. But kicking ass in top gear is well...kickass.

The only really fun part of the game, other than playing with my friends, is PvP. I get a sick pleasure out of crowd controlling Horde to the point where they spend the rest of the battleground looking for me. If only there were a way to hold off hitting them with my gun until .001 seconds before they captured a base in Arathi Basin...

WTF how does horde make a difference.

Just bail out of the guild.

I was in to CounterStrike for about a year (Based on a quick review of my e-mail I started in March 2005 and stopped in early 2006). I was in a Clan, played basically every night and even bought a backlit keyboard so I could play with the lights off so my wife could sleep (the computer was in the bedroom back then).

I was getting a little tired of it, but, at the same time, did not want to stop. I had a computer crash that required a HD reformat and OS reinstall and I just never reinstalled Steam or CS.

I sometimes miss it a little.
