that will make my muscles feel like they're on fire after i'm done. when i go to the gym, i run about 3 miles then i hit the machines for another 30-45, but i don't get that feeling that i get when i've done, say, a kickboxing class (i was pouring sweat when i was done, but they're too expensive for me to do now). any ideas? or should i just increase the intensity/duration of my workouts? one caveat - it has to be something i can do without the assistance of anyone else (ie, whenever i feel like doing it, not going on someone else's schedule)
