WOnder how many gamers will actually be able to afford the new keyboard. Hopefully its gonna be under or around 100.
 
that's gotta be the coolest keyboard i've seen yet. Wouldn't it be cool to launch a game like HL2 or something, and have all your keys automagically change and display the game functions? There's so many different applications for this. If they ever go to market, I must have one.

But like I said, when do you look at your keyboard when you play HL2? I bet you have all your keys memorized. You don't have time to even glance at your keyboard while playing a lot of games. Even when you type you rarely look at your keyboard (at least I know I do).

So good idea, but I doubt it'll be useful for me.

I don't look at my keys when typing at all, but for HL2, I don't have them all memorized. Just the ones I use often around the WASD area. I forget keys I don't use very often like screenshot, etc, and it wouldn't save me a whole ton of time over hitting esc and peeking in the control menu, but it's sure nifty. I would get the most use out of it with an app like photoshop, or any of the adobe creative suite apps.
 
Imagine if in a game like wc3, all the key used for spells and such were changed just to represent the icons on the keyboard, it'd look so sexy, Also imagine if you set off a spell like starfall (for anyone whos played wc3) if stars would ocasionally rain down across the keyboard, nifty huh.
 
Interesting... i bet you could put some.... interesting.... images of say ...... interesting people..... on the keyboard in ..... interesting ...... ways.

I'd love to have some text assigned to a few keys with labels like "nef," "flame," etc. 🙂

Remember when you could buy a decent aluminum case + power supply for under $70. Now it's like $120 for the case and $90 for the PSU.

Keyboards used to be free or 10 for $1 or some crazy sh!t like that. Now this comes out and it will be like $100. Same with mice, used to be a dime a dozen...now $30+

Sh!t....I'm gonna run out of money soon b/c this is one damn awesome keyboard.
