For the trilogy of posts: Phineas, I'd like to commend you on your staying pleasant throughout this thread. I don't care for her music, nor have I heard of her, nor do I care for her outlook on being overweight, but that doesn't mean that she isn't a good person. I'm glad you had a nice experience with a nice person; there are so many arrogant people out there who have their 15 minutes and turn out to be total jerks when you run into them. It's nice to hear about one person who doesn't follow that path.

Thanks for the compliment.

It's always a pleasure to meet nice people, famous or not.

There's a reason no one takes the Grammy's seriously.

And you still post too much

I don't really follow the Grammys, but I would think that getting nominated for an award requires some level of talent.

Based on listening to her music, why do you think she lacks talent? What is deficient about her vocals?

does dr. ho count? lol
we see the Calgary flames crew come by often during game season, saw lady gaga once, and a couple of hk veteran stars. William Shatner is a well known name around here, but for the wrong reasons though.

I think I saw Joe Pavlelski at the airport. He's from my area and he and another guy had an awful lot of hockey sticks.
