Not too famous - Mandisa from Americal Idol.

She looked familiar so I walked up to her and said "you look like Mandisa". She gave me a big grin and said "I'm Mandisa!". She asked me my name, and I told her that I enjoyed her music and to keep up the good work.

Very nice woman and she has a very pretty face.

The lyrics actually started making me feel nauseous. Sorry OP. Cool that you met someone you consider famous though.

Nothing to be sorry about. To each his own. That's what's great about freedom. I can listen to what I like and you can listen to what you like. Music has never made me nauceous. If I don't like it, I just turn it off.

More like Fatdisa...

Idol judge Simon Cowell made several comments about Mandisa's weight during her audition. When he first saw her, he quipped are we "going to have a bigger stage this year.[3] Later, when Paula Abdul commented that Mandisa had a "Frenchie" growl to her voice, Cowell responded that a more apt comparison would be to France itself.[3] These were among comments that drew the ire of the National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance, and would be one of the reasons Mandisa would entitle her 2007 album True Beauty.
When Mandisa presented herself to the judges prior to the final cut-down to the season's 24 semi-finalists, she told Cowell: "what I want to say to you is that, yes, you hurt me and I cried and it was painful, it really was. But I want you to know that I've forgiven you and that you don't need someone to apologize in order to forgive somebody. I figure that if Jesus could die so that all of my wrongs could be forgiven, I can certainly extend that same grace to you.[4] Cowell told Mandisa that he was "humbled" and apologized to her immediately.[5]

and this is where I stopped reading

sersoiusly? The entire fucking concept is inhuman, and completely defies nationwide attempts to get people to fucking live healthy, and stop strangling our fucking healthcare costs.

I may sound too much like BBYT here, but fatties neeed to learn to lose weight, and not try and convince other people to accept them for their (mostly) unhealthy life choices. Motherfuck the AAFA, or whatever they call themselves.
