I've never had any trouble with them. They've always been prompt. I order usually in the afternoon/evening, so I order (for example) something Teusday night. Newegg processes/ships it on Wed. On Thurs, it flies from their warehouse's shipping center to a local one(OKC for me) on Fri, it is driven from OKC to a more local UPS distribution center and I receive the package I ordered Tues. night on Friday afternoon. In my experience, Newegg and UPS both have been wonderful.
